Ticket (ITCS)

Description

Within ITCS, tickets are work items for the traffic control operator. They are presented in a list, from which the operator can pick up and handle the open tickets.

Types

You can distinguish two types of tickets:

Automatically created ticket

A ticket that is automatically created by mobi.guider. mobi.guider creates tickets based on incoming messages from vehicles and for some monitored events (e.g. guaranteed interchange lost, journey not started).

Manually created ticket

A ticket that is manually created by the traffic control operator. The TCO creates tickets to keep trace of actions or interventions. He can do this from the Service Support Manager module or from the POI Tracker module.
